Sturgis CycleFish Meet & Greet 2010 (Past Event)

Looks like the CycleFish Party on Tuesday at the Buffalo may wind up with close to 300 people thanks to some big help with promotion from the Buffalo Chip. Since the band deosn't start until 1:00pm, we will be having a few fun events in the morning, including a Beer Pong competition! We are heading out on Tuesday morning and are planning on arriving at the Buffalo Chip mid morning on Friday. If you get there before us, security will not allow you to set up inside the ropes for the CycleFish camp. Please just set up right outside the ropes...we are going to need the extra room anyway, so try to take up and block off as much space as possible. I have been keeping a close eye on the weather in Sturgis, and it looks like there will be scattered showers throughout the week. The good news is (at least according to the forecast) is sunshine on the day of our party, and the day of our big group ride. Everyone have a safe journey, we really want to see you there!!!! ______________________

Richard is leaving today heading for Bakersfield, and will meet us in Barstow tomorrow morning! ______________________

Think we need to change our route and head up western Utah to WY and straight across. Our first stop tomorrow night is Cedar City, UT, we'll look at the radar again and make a final call. ______________________

I have a very few pictures from the trip in my album, and will hopefully get time tomorrow to write a blog about our adventure. ______________________

Lucky wrote about 1 year ago We made it to Sundance, WY and are spending the night here leaving us an hour ride into Sturgis in the am. We should have camp set up by 10am. I know there are already a few CF people over there, because when I talked to the Chip today they told me people were asking at the gate where the CF camp is. I am so beat tonight from today's ride, I can't even upload pis, but will try to get some tomorrow. ______________________
