Sturgis CycleFish Meet & Greet 2010 (Past Event)

Lucky wrote about 1 year ago, Modified about 1 year ago We have been getting a lot of questions regarding the CycleFish Meet & Greet in Sturgis...So here's the scoop... For many CycleFish members, the entire Sturgis Rally will be a CycleFish Meet & Greet. The Buffalo Chip Campground has been good enough to mark off a specific campsite for the CycleFish Camp (something they don't do all that often). ALL CycleFish members are welcome to join us at the CycleFish Camp. (Map to the CycleFish Campsite below) Saturday, August 7th is my birthday and we will of course be having a PARTY. The plan is to party at the Full Throttle Saloon in the afternoon, and early evening, then continue over at the CycleFish camp later in the evening, and into the night. Tuesday August 10th is the CycleFish Party at the Buffalo Chip. This is a two-fold event. In addition to the CycleFish members getting together to party, this will also be a big promotion for CycleFish giving many Sturgis Rally goers a chance to learn who CycleFish is. This event is open to the public and thanks to a promotions by the Buffalo Chip, and our Facebook fan page, we are expecting several hundred people at our party. The party will feature live music with the Charlie Brechtel Band, games, give-a-ways, a fully stocked bar, and a food vendor. Again we want to thank HighRisk and his company Jlh-Oils.com, for their generous investment in CycleFish to make this party possible! CycleFish Party Info Thursday August 11th we will be having a group ride through the Black Hills to Mt Rushmore. The ride will begin at 10:00 am at the Full Throttle Saloon. Lucky wrote about 1 year ago Az, Not sure about cooking up group meals because of our limited cooking supplies (most are coming in on bikes). Thanks to the CycleFish Team Members attending, we will have these basic cooking supplies for everyone to use... Two Burner & One Burner Camp Stoves Basic Cookware - 1 Pot, 1 Pan, 1 Skillet, Misc Cooking Utensils Bar-B-Que Since the cooking area will be limited and almost impossible to cook for 30 at one time, I was thinking the basic plan would be to for everyone to bring there own food and just use the "kitchen" to cook it up when you are hungry. We could probably chip in and buy some bulk basics like eggs, bacon, bread, burgers, etc. ______________________

bullmoose wrote about 1 year ago I plan to get into Sturgis around the Aug. 2 and stay at Wild Bills outside of Deadwood for 3 or 4 days than move to Glencoe. Hope to see you guys on Sat at the Full Throttle and maybe the meet and great. |

Need to get some info to hook up with yall on the 12th or 13th. Krum, Adventuregirl, yall going? Can't do the cooking on this one. Can't bring the burner and the crawfish on the plane. |
