We want in!Time ,place, dates, location, whatever but Malissa will have my head if I make her ride through another massive storm for the 3rd year in a row!I do live on the edge though so I might be willing to take the heat lol! Hot Springs is the only place of know there so I am open to suggestions.

So here is a question. July 4 falls on a Monday in 2011 making it a long weekend. Are folks opposed to meeting for a 4th of July celebration or would you have to be home doing family tradition type celebrating instead?

ooh, now that I think about it I remember seeing another post somewhere that holiday weekends were not ideal travel time for some because of the crazy traffic situations. Ok, back to you guys, I'm good with the date range fxrdude and worlfhound proposed.

I know that that is AR only National Park. There is supposed to be great riding on really scenic roads. I think there are a few members from AR that I'm sure can fill us in.

If anyone is into rocks and mining, Arkansas produces some of  the best clear quartz crystal there is in the world. I was interested in visiting a mine while there, if thats where we ended up meeting.

Eureka Springs is about 600 compared to Hot Springs at 500 for me, but either is good. I've heard Eureka Springs is a very motorcycvle friendly little town with some good rideing. I have no issues with either.

What accommodations are available? I generally prefer to throw up a tent when I go solo.
