Brother Defcon, I'm not the one to give advise to anyone on this subject. I'm a little UNSTABLE, when it comes to this type of thing. I have had the same problem. But, This Lad Should APOLOGIZE to Mama before he takes what ever medicine you, the Doctor, prescribe. Don't get your butt in trouble over this however! We like having you around here, Brother! If he does come to you for a job, give him one, then you can really make his young life a living Hell.

I do like all these ideas of punishment though, that's why I won't give advise. Lol

Well, I lost my patience last night. Not on the aforementioned asshole though. This kid was at a little party my oldest was at and he was more than forward and was trying to et her to go to the bedroom and even tried to pick her up off the couch to take her in there after she had refused his advances several times. some of the guys there tried to distract him and move things to another area of the house to break the situation up, but nobody confronted him directly about his less than savory behavior.

I found out the full story last night, and as luck would have it, he was known to be at the same house for another get together last night. We know the parent of the host of the party and she was out of town, so we called her and asked permission to enter her house and she agreed after hearing the scenario. She also did not know her son was having people over. He's 20 and most attendees were under 18.......

So when I walked in the front door unannounced and, in my deepest and loudest "I'm here to dispense a reckoning voice", yelled the name o the little puke, I obviously had everyones attention. Most cleared out of the back of the house in short order when I began my tirade.

Now I usually don't get verbal in a situation like this but this guy is under 18, so my tongue was my only weapon, and I used it with viscious precision. And I told the group if I heard of ANY of them disrespecting or mistreating a female they wouldn't have to worry about her dad because I would hunt them down myself and take the night in jail that would follow.

The one girl who remained in the room was smiling as her boyfriend hastily took her hand as I walked toward them to address the "group". She liked what was happening by the look on her face and I'm betting she had fell under the same unwanted attention by someone there as well. So i told her that if anyone treated her like that to come get me and I would have them answer to me for their behavior.

I know I made an impact and any guy there will think twice about trying shit like that again, so I ask that anyone knowing of a girl who has been treated like this, whether she's your daughter or not, do something because any action is better than inaction.

1 in 4 huh - that is sad - wtf has happened to society?

I am tired of these little pukes that don't have the pair to try their hand at being tough with a guy...someone that will rip their head off.
Sad part is, alot of the woman take the abuse as "status quo" and often make excuses for these pukes.

A few years back the wife & I had pulled up into a 7-11,  out in front was a guy and girl at the phones the girl was obviously upset and it caught my attention as the guy was yelling at her like a maniac. As we were about to get out of the car to head into the store, he raised his arm up and nailed her across the face, knocking her to the ground. As he was winding up to hit her again, I jumped his ass and put his head into the brick wall and smacked him a few times in the face with the phone and suggested he try swinging at someone that hits back. As I was about to introduce him to my right fist the girl was begging me not to hit him and to mind my own business...

She was making excuses that he had a bad day...a bad fkng day does NOT give a guy a pass to hit or touch a girl inappropriatly in my book. Long story short, he still met my right...a few times, and then the police were called - apparently this was strike 4 for him and domestic violence so they hauled his ass off. No idea what ever happened after that, but I hope she got some counseling

Blaine gave me one of Nightdragons patches at the meet and greet. When I got home that patch went to a friend of mine who stepped in when he saw a woman getting beaten by her "man". He took a bullet in his chest for his actions. The bullet just missed his heart by a fraction of an inch. He is a true hero, in every sense of the word, in my eyes for stepping up to the plate for someone in need. Too many times people will turn their back and not want to get involved.
Bulldog, YOU are a hero for stepping in and helping that woman whether she knew it or not. I think deep down she did. At least I hope so.

I'm no hero - just did what was right & what I grew up with...guys don't hit girls period.

Defcon, you could have wrote those kids a letter, in your eloquent fashion, and probably got the same effect. I am glad however, that you had a Fatherly talk with them. I admire you very much my brother. And Bulldog, Attaboy to you as well. If any of you ever need someone to cover your back, I can swing my cane with a vengeance.
