Got an update from John yesterday about Ted. He says he's in a Palm Desert hospital and will be there for a while. He speaking but on a breathing machine. Seems he still have some holes in his lungs that are still healing. He is on dialysis because his kidneys are not functioning. Still in pretty bad shape, but we're hoping for the best. John tells me he'll probably never ride his bike again. I asked why and he said "I was only 10 feet away when my friend went down, you don't know what that's done to me".

Really sorry to hear about Ted's condition............ Don't know how I would react to having a friend go down like that. Only John will be able to make the choice as to ride again or not. All will continue to be in our prayers............
