I have a question I am sure alot know. I have just got a job @ a Harley dealership as a Saleswoman and I need to know a few things that are baffling me. So I am gonna list some coding that I really need to understand. So lets see who knows their Harleys !!!!!!!!

THAT was my trickiest task when I started too, snicker! The more you polish and play with the bikes the more you learn, and customers LOVE to tell you all about the bike the want, makes YOU seem less aggressive too, the guys will love it, especially because you are genuinely interested.
