But on a serious note...This is nothing like the AMF takeover where AMF wanted to run the company as a division of AMF.  The companies now looking to do a buy out are equity firms just looking to take advantage of the investment while the stocks are at such a low.  I assume they are anticipating an upswing in the company business causing the stocks to go back up in the near future.
