Ok, maybe I'm not the smartest computer operator in the world but I can generally add a photo to a site no problem.  However, I can't seem to get the uploader to work so I can change my profile picture.  Am I doing something wrong or is there a setting somewhere that I don't know about?

No, no settings involved. Just go to Change Profile photo and upload the new photo. I will automatically overwrite the old one.

Are you getting an error message when you try it?

I tried to upload my picture to.. No Luck...

Make sure the picture is within the 4mb size limit and all should work fine. If you are having a specific problem or error let me know what it is.

I uploaded an album in my profile, yet want to edit some photos by deleting the "goofs", but I don't see all the pics in the album when I click on "edit album".... what am I doing wrong?

You will have to get a photo editing program and re/down size them. There are many programs to use, some expensive, some not so much, and some free. Look at google's picassa, it is free and does some modest edits.
