Chat is pretty straight forward...Click the link, type a message. Just that it's not too widely used right now so you may have trouble finding someone in there :(

How do users create a personalized signature "tag line" similar to your "Always Ride Safe...Even When You're Riding Crazy!" or add a clipart (like your logo is added to your signature)?

How about a way to delete a post??

Topics: 0   Posts: 15
Guess I'm not computor leterate. I receive notifications from cyclefish that I have a new message and there aren't any new messages as far as I can tell, I'm sure nevigating this web is really simple and I really am able to figure out most of the pathes, there are some that take me to a dead end. Thanks for your assistance.

help! how do i delete a post that i posted by accident and don't want anymore??

Topics: 24   Posts: 3761
Hey you Silly Goose. You can not actually delete but you can edit. Click on the edit button and just erase or correct what you want to. If you want it deleted after you remove the text send a message to any of the team members, Adventure Girl, High Risk, Debra Jo, Lucky, HD Beech, or me and we can remove the entire posting. If it is photos in the albums then you have to contact Lucky as we can not do that. I hope this helps.

ezzy,

When you use the upload photo feature the pics automatically go to the bottom.  To include inline pictures it is a little more complicated...

The picture you wish to include needs to be somewhere on the internet (i.e. in one of your CycleFish albums, facebook, photobucket, etc).  It is then added by using the image button in the formatting tools above.  You will need to put in the location of the picture (url).

I will try my best to create a tutorial on this in just a bit to explain it better.

ezzy I posted this under your account so you can hit edit and see how I added this picture.   Once you are in edit mode, right click on the picture and click image properties.  That may help you some.

Lucky

how do you DELETE a picture in a POST? I clicked the EDIT function, and went to the attached picture, and it has a red X, but when I click it, nothing happens to remove it.

Just found a bug with the Delete photo button (the little x).  I appears to not work with old versions of Internet Explorer.  Wroks fine if you are using any other browser.  I will look into it.

The usual reason for that is that the message has been deleted. Either by the sender or Lucky because it was just spam. It is not something you are doing or not doing..
