Designing the Prefect Mile Oval venue for AMA Pro Racing...

Let see, if I was going to design the prefect Mile Race Track to host an AMA Racing Grand National Championship... What would I do to allow the guests to feel their well being is the only issue?
Lots of concessions and bathrooms, lets put closed circuit TV's everywhere, Jumbo Tron on the front straightaway... so you can't miss a thing. I'd have indoor and outside comfortable seating, and lots of room so everyone can visit, mingle and be comfortable.
Because the whole family wants to go, I'd make it affordable. Toss-in an amusement park and a 24/7 super nice card room. Then make the fastest 1-Mile oval with a solid track surface and lighting for night racing. Let the fans meet the racing stars. I'd have lots of guest services people knowledgeable dressed so you can't miss them.
It needs to have all the travel, camping and hotel connections close by...
