Slingshot was diagnosed with Breast Cancer New Years Eve. She is a single Mom of one 13 yr old Son and only 40 yrs young! Friday the 5th is the first of 5 operations that she will need. She will be missing a lot of work due to the recovery chemo and radiation treatments as well as the drugs needed after her surgery. Her Insurance has been canceled. Let's all pull together and show a fellow Sista biker how much we care and love her by attending this event. If you cannot attend and would still love to help out, we will be setting up a bank acct for her for direct transfers to her acct. There will be a $10.00 Donation at the door. We are also having a Cancer Charity Ride for her before the Club House. RAIN OR SHINE..Starts at 3:00p.m. at Fat Catz in Warren. The ride is for Motorcycle and/or Car. The fee is $5.00. So the ride and door will be $15.00 total single rider.. $20.00 total for cpl. There will be 5 stops along the way at which you will get a stamp. At the end of the ride everyone with 5 stamps puts their name in a bucket and we draw for the winner of a trophy shadow box at which your name will be engraved on later. We will be stopping mid way through the ride for bike games. Music will be provided by Thrillride and SRP!! 50/50 Raffle as well. If you would like to bring a dish, that would help out on keeping cost down so more money goes to Christine. Please e-mail if you plan on bringing something. We will be BBQing Burgers and Hot Dogs. We are also looking for donations for prizes for the Chinese Auction. Any thing you can donate would be very cool. Raffle tickets will be sold for $5.00 1/2 arm length, $10.00 for arm length, and $20.00 for dbl arm length. Flier coming soon. See you there.
