Anchors Aweigh Charters, Inc. will be sponsoring the "Amelia Island Last Leg Rally", Feb. 19-21 to raise money for their Disabled Veterans Program. Anchors Aweigh Charters Inc. is a local Fernandina Beach 501(c)(3) organization, they have sponsored fishing and boating opportunities for permanently handicapped or disabled citizens in our community since 2002. All proceeds from the Rally are specifically designated to fund requested trips by our disabled US Veterans
February 19-21, 2010: Amelia Island Last Leg Rally - Located 2 hours North and the weekend prior to Daytona's Bike Week 2010. Friday night Meet and Greet at Murray’s Grille in Yulee, enjoy good food, music and pick up last minute information. Saturday mapped benefit run, Bike Show, vendors, displays, food, music and pub crawl- Sunday benefit run, more vendors, displays, food, music, bike games and entertainment. Discounted accommodations, raffles, beverage specials, restaurant specials, this event just keeps growing! Proceeds go to benefit disabled veterans.
