need to do what I truely Love

  • I Have been a biker for 38 years, I was taught this way of life by a !% er at the age of 14. He showed me a world I came to love as the air I breath. It has changed over the years but the core has endured the advance of time. I became a Trucker after leaving the Navy as I was a diesel mech. I used my skills in the civilian world. It too has changed, The mind set for truckers and bikers where very close then, not now however. The trucking industry is being run by corporate  men and women who have no real understanding of the opperational side of the business. and dinasores like me ? they dont pay any attention to. Cause my hairs to long and my beard is too long and they have worked for J.B. or some other big out fit,and I could not have possibly learned anything in the last 3 decades that could be relivate to todays transportation business. I have built a Leather shop behind my house and I started blinging out my friends rideing leathers and relitives, and then there friends and girl friends, I love the look on there face when they hand me some leather that is bland or of the rack from where everstan, and I hand them back a vest or pair of chaps  a tool bag or seat they couldnt touch for the the money they paid me. Stuff a Rock or Counrty Western singer and stage performer would love to get and wear . I HAVE BEEN HUGGED!! By greatful customers REALLY!!. So It has become time to see if I can retire and see if I can make a living doing this thing I love. By Leather Smithing riding leathers and clothes in general for Real sled jockeys like myself. Are there anyone in northwest Arkansas that think all the bling should not be just on the bike?? But on the biker as well?? I have been interviewed by news crews almost at every Bikes Blues and BarBque. Cause I and my attire stand out in the crowd. I have had dudes chase me threw the mall to ask me where I got this or that I was wearing at the time.and want to buy or make one for them. I have pictures of past projects. But very seldom are any two works the same and are often customized to the individual. The chaps I finised this week for a cherokee Indian women she bought at a flee market in Ok. Too little and too short. I was able to fix both problems and transform that very disapointing purchase of 40 dollars into what at the very least would have been $475.00 dollars anywhere America, for the price of $200.00 dollars. So I said all that, To say this I am located in Fayetteville Ark. in the OZARKs my Ph# is 479-575-9559 ask for HillBilly Henry aka MIke. Please help me retire from Trucks and do what I truely love , For bikes and bikers.

  • Stormy1963 Best of luck to ya! Took me 37 years of working to figure out, if you find something you love, you never really "work" a day!
