I'm Carl and I've been riding since the mid '60's. My wife and I are fomer NY/NJ types who moved out of the cold to SoCal (thanks to a former unnamed benevolent employer) in the early '90's and never looked back. We've got 3 daughters (and 2 sons-in-law) scattered about the west coast; all who enjoy the fun of 2 wheels.
I'm a former GI (USAF) E-7, 7 years active, 8 years reserve, SAC Airborne Command & Control and Forward Air Control.
We currently ride an H-D Ultra and we log about 12K miles a year. This is our 3rd H-D in about 16 years and I can't see us riding anything else. We've had a couple of Yamahas, BMW R50 (That was a great bike), and a Triumph T120. All fun but.......nuthin' like a Harley.
